The Draft Regulations are in Gazette number 28999 (published on the 7th July 2006) which is available on the SAS website – www.sailing.org.za. The DoT has requested feedback from interested parties to be presented at a meeting on the 27th July 2006 in Pretoria. SAS has sent an urgent request for an extension to this deadline. However, should this not be forthcoming, the Clubs are asked to consider the attached document and give any constructive comments directly to Denise Sewell Head Office on denise@sailing.org.za, copying their Regional SAS Committees, by the 24th July 2006 the latest.
