Announcing the launching of the SAS Business Directory Over the past year the SAS National web portal (www.sailing.org.za) has developed its presence in the sailing world to the extent that it now enjoys 3500 unique visits per month. Statistics collated by the site's programme tell us that viewers visit the site on average 3 times a month. This results in 150 to 200 thousand page "hits" monthly. It has been decided to add further convenience for portal users by setting up a business directory which offers those companies that manufacture and provide goods and services to sailing and boating folk a listing in a dedicated section. If you want spars, sails or repainting, damage fixed or motors serviced, a new fitting or ropes replaced, a direct link to selected suppliers will be found in the Business Directory pages. All companies will be listed by category to make your search easier. Selected listings will be randomly chosen from the directory and displayed in a dedicated feature box on the national and regional pages to assist in getting our suppliers n more widely known. Should you have any particular supplier that has given you good service and you feel can benefit from exposure in our directory please contact your SAS office giving the relevant contact details and we will follow the lead.
