To confirm your reservation, the following procedure must be completed:
Complete, sign and return the Function Booking Form within 48 hours of function confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% along with the full amount of Room Hire must be paid to the Royal Cape Yacht Club within seven (7) days of function in order to secure the venue.Please be advised that only after the above conditions are completed, will your booking be confirmed.
The balance amount as per our quote will be invoiced within 72 hours of the event.
Extras (e.g. Bar) will be invoiced at the end of the function and this amount must be settled on presentation.
Any deviation to the above must be confirmed in writing.
I hereby authorise Royal Cape Yacht Club to draw the final amount from my credit card should I fail to settle immediately after the function.
